Questions

Do I need to know code?

No. Everything on the demo sites was built by choosing elements, effects and settings in the visual editor. You can add your own CSS or HTML if you want to, but you never have to.

Does it work with my current site?

Midground is a theme and a builder plugin. You can build new pages with it next to your existing ones, and import pages built with blocks or the classic editor.

What happens when my licence expires?

Your sites keep working, exactly as they are. You just stop getting updates and support until you renew.

What counts as a website?

Each live site you activate. Staging and local copies (localhost, .local, .test, staging.…) are free and do not count.

Is the AI assistant extra?

No. It is included and uses your own API key from OpenAI, Anthropic or Google, so there are no credits to buy and nothing is sent through us.

Can I get my money back?

Yes. If Midground is not for you, write to us within 30 days and you get a full refund – no questions asked.
